Fresh baby arugula, fennel, & sliced pears, topped with warm goat cheese fritter & tossed in an apricot white balsamic vinaigrette
Paired with Prosecco Doc Extra Dry Dedicato Contessa Carola, NV

Second Course
Wild mushroom risotto topped with pan seared scallops
Paired with Montefalco Rosso Romanelli Umbria, 2012

Third Course
Stacked Eggplant Parmigiana topped with house made mozzarella & pomodoro sauce
Paired with Gattinara Anzivino Piedmont, 2011

Fourth Course
Slow braised Osso Buco- Veal shank simmered with a mirapoix of vegetables and cremini mushrooms, served over fresh papardella pasta.
Paired with Barolo Sylla Sebaste Piedmont, 2012

Fifth Course
Italian Na[poleon Millefoglie-traditional puff pastry layered with custard , genoise sponge & sprinkled with powdered sugar
