We are proud to announce our Virginia Beach Restaurant Week dinner menu. Restaurant week in Redmill runs from February 20th through February 26th. Stop in to see us. You will be glad you did.

Course 1

Traditional Caprese
Sliced homemade Mozzarella cheese, layered with sliced tomatoes, topped with and Extra virgin olive oil drizzle and fresh basil.

Caesar Salad
Our take on the classic favorite!

Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
Fresh pears, tossed with baby arugula and fennel with our homemade apricot and white balsamic dressing and topped with imported gorgonzola cheese.

Baked Chicken Meatball Parmigiana
Our house recipe chicken meatballs covered in our homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, baked to perfection!

Course 2

Chicken Francese
Chicken scaloppini, flour, egged, and seared sautéed with artichokes in a lemon white wine sauce. Served with penne marinara.

Veal Osso Buco
Our specialty! Seared veal shank sautéed with onions, carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Slow cooked in our famous chianti sauce served with fresh pappardelle pasta.

Veal Marsala
Seared Veal scallopini in our amazing mushroom marsala wine sauce. Served with penne marinara.

Pistachio Salmon
Fresh salmon encrusted with pistachios and seared to perfection, served with a roasted red pepper drizzle and a side of vegetables.

Meat Lasgana
Our huge amazing layered lasagna with our homemade Bolognese!
